Friendly staff!! Helpful hint: Now that computer printing and logon was upgraded, placing a bit more instructions where it is visible will help others not so technology oriented. Quiet place, great neighborhood.
Small library, but we'll staffed
Beautiful Library, but the staff needs an attitude adjustment. The ladies at the front desk are extremely unapproachable and when I asked to use the bathroom due the room being "locked" and the key being lost she said " Well what am i suppose to do?" Thats nice..maybe I had a bladder problem and needed to go to the bathroom as soon as possible. Having locked bathrooms in a public library is absolutely absurd especially in Bergen County. This isn't Paterson.
Easy location to get into and out, good selection of DVDs that are not in my local library, BUT, one situation downgraded my experience due to a staffer's complete laziness and non-considerate attitude in attending to a patron's request, even when standing in front of person!
